Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of mysite-name's wedding hair and makeup services across England. Please read them carefully before booking any services to ensure a clear understanding of our operations, client responsibilities, and the wedding beauty process.
1. Service Agreement
By booking wedding beauty services with mysite-name-whether through trial appointments, consultations, or direct booking-you agree to these terms. Our bridal beauty services operate in compliance with relevant UK health and safety regulations and beauty industry standards.
We provide professional wedding hair styling, makeup application, and bridal beauty services through our qualified artists across England.
2. Service Scope and Wedding Requirements
Our services include bridal hairstyling, wedding makeup application, trial sessions, and bridal party services. We focus on creating looks that complement your wedding style while considering photography requirements and all-day wear.
While we provide expert beauty services, the final results can be influenced by individual hair type, skin condition, weather factors, and the duration of wedding celebrations. We use professional techniques and products to optimize longevity and appearance.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful wedding beauty experiences, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate wedding date, time, and venue information
- Disclose any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions
- Arrive punctually for trial appointments and wedding day services
- Communicate style preferences and provide inspiration images
- Ensure adequate lighting and space at the preparation location

4. Trial Appointments and Consultations
Trial sessions are recommended for all brides and typically last 2-3 hours for combined hair and makeup. These appointments allow us to develop your perfect look and ensure we understand your vision before the wedding day.
Trial fees are separate from wedding day services and are payable at the time of booking. Successful trials typically result in confirmation of wedding day booking.
5. Booking and Reservation
Wedding dates are secured with a signed agreement and non-refundable reservation deposit. The deposit is typically 30% of the total service cost and is applied toward your final balance. Final numbers for bridal party services are required 8 weeks before the wedding date.
We cannot hold wedding dates without a completed agreement and deposit payment.
6. Cancellation and Changes Policy
Wedding bookings cancelled more than 12 weeks before the date may receive a partial refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 12 weeks of the wedding date may be subject to full payment of the agreed services.
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees. Reduction in bridal party numbers within 4 weeks of the wedding may still be charged at the confirmed rate.
7. Payment Terms
The final balance for wedding services is due 4 weeks before the wedding date. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, and cash. Late payments may result in service cancellation.
Additional services requested on the wedding day may be payable in cash or by immediate bank transfer.
8. Wedding Day Timelines
We will provide a detailed beauty timeline for your wedding morning during the planning process. It is essential that the timeline is followed to ensure all services are completed before photography begins.
Delays in the preparation schedule may result in abbreviated services or additional charges for extended time requirements.
9. Health and Safety
We maintain high standards of hygiene with proper tool sanitation and product management. All implements are cleaned and disinfected between clients. However, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of infection risk.
Clients with contagious skin conditions, open wounds, or active infections may be declined service for health and safety reasons.
10. Travel and Venue Requirements
Services at wedding venues include travel within your local area. Locations beyond 20 miles from our studio may incur additional travel fees. We require adequate lighting, seating, and power access at the preparation location.
Unforeseen travel delays due to weather or traffic may affect service start times, though we build contingency into wedding day schedules.
11. Product Usage and Allergies
We use professional-grade beauty products suitable for most skin types. Clients are responsible for disclosing known allergies or sensitivities during the trial process. We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions when clients have not disclosed known allergies.
Patch testing is available for clients with known sensitivities and is recommended during the trial phase.
12. Photography and Social Media
We may request permission to photograph our work for professional portfolios and social media. Separate written consent is required for public use of images. You may withdraw consent for image use at any time by contacting us in writing.
Personal photography during services is welcome, though we request that it doesn't disrupt the artistic process.
13. Liability Limitations
Our liability for services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We cannot accept responsibility for aspects beyond our control such as weather conditions affecting hairstyles, individual skin reactions to products when allergies weren't disclosed, or dissatisfaction with style choices that were approved during trials.
We maintain appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance for our business operations.
14. Complaints Procedure
We aim for complete client satisfaction with our wedding services. If you have concerns about any aspect of our service, please notify us promptly. We will address legitimate concerns through our established resolution process.
Wedding-related complaints should be raised as soon as possible, ideally before the service completion, to allow for immediate resolution.
15. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
